Must-Visit Attractions:
Fu’ao Pond — Volcanic Yaochi
Formed by the remnants of an ancient volcanic eruption, Fu’ao Pond is filled with rainwater, with colorful flowers on both sides reflecting in the clear water, offering a visually striking scene.
Huanyuan Stone: Erected during the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to China, it features a map of the Dongjiang River basin on the back, allowing you to see the entire flow of the river.
Di Shui Guanyin: At Di Shui Guanyin, the first thing to do is to make a wish, praying for the safety and happiness of your family and friends.
Siyuan Baoding, Siyuan Pavilion: Named “Siyuan” because Sanbai Mountain is the source of the Dongjiang River and the drinking water for Hong Kong compatriots. The term “Siyuan” perfectly expresses the deep bond and close connection between Anyuan and Hong Kong.
Dongjiang No.1 Waterfall: The majestic Dongjiang No.1 Waterfall is not to be missed. The first viewing point is at the Waterfall Viewing Platform, where the cliffs on both sides soar into the sky, and the waterfall is hidden in the dense trees, presenting a tranquil and serene appearance.
Glass Skywalk: The approximately 330-meter-long glass skywalk spans two mountains. Walking on it without daring to look down or lift your feet too high, especially when the bridge trembles with the wind, is incredibly thrilling!
Glass Plank Walkway: The 80-meter-long glass plank walkway is unique for its segment with a shattered glass effect, adding an element of thrill.
Glass Viewing Platform: The U-shaped glass viewing platform is also a spot where you can capture stunning photos. It feels like you could fall off, especially with the sound of shattering glass beneath your feet, making your heart race upon initial arrival.
Man Yun Plank Walkway: The 3166-meter-long Man Yun Plank Walkway offers panoramic views of the mountains. If you choose to visit on a misty day, you can enjoy the leisure and romance of walking among the clouds.
Zhiyin Spring: Nestled among the mountains, Zhiyin Spring has a beautiful legend. It is said that a fairy descended with her zither to find a kindred spirit on earth. Her zither later turned into a stone screen, and she together with her kindred spirit transformed into two waterfalls, their distinct styles harmonizing across the screen like kindred spirits singing in unison.
